Do you need a lab order or certificate? Easy steps to request medical service: 1.Choose a day and time you may be available if the doctor needs to contact you. 2. Choose between Basic Lab Order, Flu Lab Order or Certificate. 3. Procede to pay and confirm your service. You will receive your Lab Order or Certificate via email, during a period of one hour or 3 hours after confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

A $40 fee will apply to any cancellation.
