Do you need a lab order or certificate? Easy steps to request medical service: 1.Choose a day and time you may be available if the doctor needs to contact you. 2. Choose between General Lab Order, Flu Lab Order, X-Ray or Ultrasound Imaging or Certificate. 3. Procede to pay and confirm your service. 4. Receive your order at the email provided. You will receive your Lab Order or Certificate via email, during a period of one hour or 3 hours after confirmation.
